1. For a Savoury Cocktail: Seven Park Place by William Drabble

The Drink: Don Lavazza 7Espresso, vanilla Stolichnaya, Dark Mozart, fresh fig, pear and Montgomery cheddar

The Story: Mixologist Miguel Sanz has combined all the best elements of fine food and created the Don Lavazza 7. For sweetness, Sanz combines fragrant dry figs infused with vanilla Stolichnaya, warming Eau-de-Vie Poire Williams and delicious Dark Mozart for those who love a cocoa hit. For the digestif coffee that settles the meal, Sanz adds a single authentic Italian Lavazza espresso with a dash of cream to the mix. The cocktail is accompanied by a strong and creamy Montgomery Cheddar.

2. For a Dessert Cocktail: MASH

The Drink: Flip the Bunny – Maker’s Mark, Pedro Ximenez Sherry, orange curacao,

The Story: As part of Regent Street’s celebrations, MASH have joined forces with 12 other of the area’s finest bars and restaurants to create London’s most alcoholic treasure trail (who needs egg hunts?). Their  offering, Flip the Bunny is a chocolate orange concoction of Maker’s Mark, Pedro Ximenez Sherry, orange curacao, chocolate bitters and one whole egg, garnished with shaved chocolate. Grab it while you can – the cocktail in only available until 28th March.

3. For an Easter Cocktail: London Cocktail Club

The Drink: Eggsperimental Cocktail Cup – Breakfast Brandy, peach, blood orange, fresh tarragon

The Story: One of London’s most exciting bar brands, The Cocktail Trading Company opened up their new site on Brick Lane last month. Featuring a 400 strong back bar, CTC Brick Lane focuses on unusual and rare spirits from around the world – from German whisky and cola liquor to Buchi Leaf Gin from the 1800’s. The Eggsperimental Cocktail Cup is made with Breakfast Brandy, peach, blood orange, fresh tarragon and sparkling wine, with a garnish of cheerio brittle. Renowned for their edible garnishes, the cocktail also features an egg shell which has been filled with tasty creamy panna cotta.

4. For a Foodie Cocktail: Duck & Waffle

The Drink: Beetroot & Chocolate Royale – Beet and Cacao Liqueur with Champagne

The Story: Rich Woods, Head of Spirit and Cocktail Development at Duck & Waffle, has created a special menu for Easter – running from Good Friday March 25th for one week only. His Easter menu inspires a whole new layer of indulgence, choose from Easter Eggs, Rich’s twist on the holiday’s favourite treat made of coffee-washed Bacardi superior, hay-infused white chocolate and black truffle or the outstanding Beetroot & Chocolate Royale of Beet and Cacao Liqueur with Champagne. It’s seriously, seriously good.

The Drink: Bunny Alexander – Grand Marnier, orange syrup and Crème de Cacao

The Story: Satisfying those sweet cravings with the Bunny Alexander, a twist on a classic. The cocktail combines velvety smooth chocolate cream with Grand Marnier orange liqueur, orange syrup and Crème de Cacao to provide the perfect melt-in-your-glass concoction. Garnished with a charming dark chocolate orange truffle, 70% cocoa chocolate ring and sprinkled with candied orange peel, this one is strictly not for sharing.
