Don Julio Clementine Margarita
This festive twist to the classic Margarita combines tart grapefruit juice with homemade clementine marmalade to create a wonderfully Christmassy cocktail.
Ingredients:
– 50ml Don Julio Reposado tequila
– 12.5ml Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
– 12.5ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 12.5ml pink grapefruit juice
– 2 large bar spoons of homemade clementine marmalade
Method:
Shaken and strained into a chilled glass, garnish with a dehydrated clementine slice
Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Clementine Tonic Water with Cinnamon
Inspired by the traditional aromas and tastes of Christmas, this unique offering has been crafted to complement the very best spiced and sloe gins and vodkas, creating the perfect winter tipple to brighten up even the coldest day.
Ingredients:
– 50ml Sweet/spiced or sloe Gin, such as Pink Pepper, Opihr, Sipsmith Sloe, or for a non- alcoholic alternative, new Seedlip Grove 42.
– 150ml Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Clementine Tonic Water with Cinnamon
– Clementine peel for garnish
Method:
Fill a copa glass with fresh ice and pour in the measure of your chosen gin. Top up with Fever-Tree Clementine Tonic with Cinnamon and run the clementine peel around the rim of the glass before dropping into the drink.
Don Julio Fig and Vanilla Margarita
This Christmas, enjoy the Don Julio Fig and Vanilla Margarita for the perfect after dinner tipple. Combining Don Julio Reposado with Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, lime juice and fig and vanilla syrup, this cocktail is sure to be enjoyed by all.
Ingredients:
– 40ml Don Julio Reposado tequila
– 30ml Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
– 20ml lime juice
– 15ml fig and vanilla syrup
– 1 star anise (muddled)
Method:
Shaken and strained into a chilled glass, garnish with star anise
Ketel One Oranje Espresso Martini
This festive twist on the Espresso Martini brings out the subtle chocolatey notes from the coffee, whilst the essential oils from the Valencian oranges and Mandarins give it a light citrus undertone.
Ingredients:
– 50ml Ketel One Oranje
– 25ml Mr Black Spirits: Cold Press Coffee Liqueur
– 35ml Cold-brew coffee concentrate
– One dash orange bitters
Method:
Shake all ingredients vigorously and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with three coffee beans for health, wealth and happiness, or a lemon twist.

Bulleit Hot Toddy
Leading up to the cooler days, Bulleit has introduced the ultimate hot cocktail recipe, “Hot Toddy”, a slow sipper entwined with the familiar and delicious taste of Bulleit. The boozy brew is finished with demerara sugar and lemon, delicately rounding off the intricate flavours of this deliciously warming, moorish, drink.
Ingredients:
– 40 ml Bulleit Rye
– 4-5 cloves
– 1 lemon twist
– 7 ml lemon juice
– 1 tsp demerara or fine brown sugar
– Hot water
Method:
To begin, fill up glass or mug with fresh boiling water and let stand while mug is warming up, cut a lemon twist and stud it with cloves. Next, throw out the water in the mug and add fresh boiling water. Add 1 tsp spoon of demerara or fine brown sugar and stir to dissolve. Add lemon and clove garnish, 7 ml lemon juice and stir. Finally, add 40 ml of Bulleit Rye or Bourbon and stir a final time.
