There ain’t no party like an Eggs Royale party. Whether it’s al fresco, al desko or on a rooftop, 5 ways to eat brunch this week:

1. On a PatioThe Shed, Notting Hill

5 Ways to Eat Brunch This Week

What: We’ve always loved The Shed – you can read about it here. And now The Shed, the Gladwin brothers’ rustic and relaxed restaurant which focuses on seasonal and foraged food, has extended their menu to include a Saturday brunch party. The Shed aims to bring a taste of the rural idyll to West London. Expect: live music, creative cocktails, and dining outside on the terrace with light streaming through the French windows and sky lights.

Eat: Anything with bacon in. The Shed rear their own pigs at their farm in West Sussex; and Head Chef Oliver cures it on site. Try this tender bacon in their poached egg with broad bean and peas in a bacon ragu: a winning dish.

Drink: A Bloody Mary with The Shed’s own green tomato vodka, or a cocktail with foraged herbs.

The Shed Brunch: every Saturday 12-4pm. Book: 020 7229 4024
