Plantation Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple rum x Laki Kane: The Lowdown
Named in tribute to the Charles Dickens’ Pickwick Papers character Reverend Stiggins, whose favourite tipple was pineapple rum. Plantation Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple rum is created from Plantation 3 Stars rum in which the highly aromatic rinds of Queen Victoria pineapples are steeped in the barrel then redistilled. The fruit is then immersed in a Plantation Original Dark rum barrel and blended together creating a mouth-watering nuance of pineapple with notes of ripened banana, citrus peel, spice and a hint of smoke.
