If you’re not familiar with Rich Woods aka ‘The Cocktail Guy’, he’s the drinks guru who has shaped the cocktail menus of numerous leading London bars and restaurants such as Gold Notting Hill, SUSHISAMBA, and Duck and Waffle. With decades of mixology magic under his belt, Rich recently opened Lost Property Office – a speakeasy bar that can only be accessed through a hidden door within BrewDog Waterloo’s 27,500 sq ft venue.

Rich’s bar showcases classic cocktails, reimagined using modern culinary techniques. Creativity and unique flavour pairings underpin the menu, with the Martini Roulette serving as the bar’s signature experience. The cocktail features a mini trio of Martinis, identical in size and colour, but showcases the evolution of the iconic drink through different guises, ABVs and decades. The entire menu is just as innovative; spirits and liqueurs combine with citrus, spice, and aromatics to create inspired twists on the classics and contemporary serves.

The exceptionally succinct, well-appointed menu features an intimate collection of cocktails, including: Full Flex (Manhattan) – Bourbon, Blended Sweet Vermouths, Cacao Butter, Ancho Chilli and Grapefruit Oils. Don’t miss the Lagerita (Reformed Margarita) – Hopped Tapatio Tequila, Clarified Lime, Blood Orange and Bergamot, topped with a Beer Cloud and seasonal micro flowers and leaves, which Rich describes as a truly textured cocktail. These exceptional cocktails will also showcase the spirits crafted by the BrewDog Distilling Co.
