Cinco De Mayo is upon us (May 5th), and Lyre’s (a non-alcoholic spirits brand who are nailing the booze-free game) is bringing the Mexican fiesta to cities across the UK as it prepares to launch a two-week nationwide tour of its non-alcoholic Margarita bar truck.

Margarita Pop-Up Tour: London

Kicking things off on Thursday 5th May, Lyre’s will first host an open-invite launch party on in London’s Spitalfields Market in Shoreditch. Londoners looking to spice up their Cinco de Mayo celebrations can drop by the truck on Brushfield St to grab a free, non-alcoholic Lyre’s Margarita, made using Lyre’s Agave Blanco Spirit, Lyre’s Orange Sec, lime juice and syrup – with a sprinkling of salt for that authentic Mexican taste.

Lighting up the dancefloor from 6.00pm – 8.00pm, guests will also be able to shake their stuff with a live DJ set, performed by Lyre’s superfan and clubland legend, DJ Fat Tony.

Margarita Pop-Up Tour: Brighton and Bristol

The Lyre’s Margarita truck will visit Brighton on Thursday 12th May. Visitors will be able to pick up their free non-alcoholic Lyre’s Margaritas and soak up the feel-good-fiesta vibes across two locations:  Brighton Beach, 144 Kings Rd, BN1 2FN and Old Steine Gardens, 56 Old Steine, BN1 1NH.

Next stop: Bristol on Friday 13th May. Grab a non-alcoholic Margarita at Colston Avenue, BS1 4TZ and Corn Street, BS1 1HT.

Margarita Pop-Up Tour: Manchester

On Sunday 15th May, the breaks will go on and Lyre’s will prepare for a finale fiesta on Manchester’s King Street (M2 4LY) to mark the end of its UK tour. Guests will be able to visit the truck throughout the day from 10.30am to enjoy a Lyre’s alcohol-free Margarita in the sunshine, before being treated to a live performance from Manchester DJ and disco diva, DJ Paulette, who will be hitting the decks from 2pm- 4pm.
