Enter Daddy Bao and Mr Bao‘s new brunch menus. The new weekend brunch menus feature reinvented classics with Bao’s signature Taiwanese twist, alongside a selection of bottomless cocktail specials. New Brunch Menu: Daddy Bao
At Daddy Bao in Tooting (the restaurant’s OG outpost), the menu features Spring onion pancake with salted egg yolk and soy glaze, Taiwanese Sausage Benedict with gochujang hollandaise, Prawn Toast Royale with gochujang hollandaise, and Hot Chicken Bao with crispy chicken, Szechuan maple butter, smacked cucumber and onion relish. Level up your brunch with bottomless prosecco and cocktails available as an additional add-on for £19.50 per hour. New to the menu is the ‘Dark Not Stormy’ combining Myers rum, green tea, lime juice and ginger ale.
New Brunch Menu: Mr Bao
At Peckham’s Mr Bao, there’s everythingfrom Char siu bacon, onsen egg and burnt cheese on a toasted bao with peanut chilli crisp to the Brunach bao with crispy hash brown, teriyaki shiitake mushrooms, cheese chilli bean sauce. Levelling up the British classic, the Smoked salmon and Cantonese scrambled eggs on toasted bao is a must-try. For drink, there’s a whole host of classic bottomless options to choose from for £19.50 per hour including prosecco, mimosas with pomegranate, guava and orange bitters, spicy Bloody Marys and Bloody Marias.
