Stuart Gillies, chef and co-founder of Bank House (the beloved wine bar and kitchen located in Chislehurst), is hosting a new guest chef series ‘Gillies and Friends’, kicking off with Michelin starred chef Alyn Williams on  Wednesday 26th January 2022.

This event will mark the first in a series of hosted dinners from Gillies and guests, including Tim Hughes from Scott’s and Masterchef: The Professionals 2020 finalist Philli Armitage-Mattin.

Housed in a former brownstone Victorian bank on Chislehurst High Street, Bank House will host their first event in the guest chef series with Alyn Williams where the dynamic duo will cook alongside each other in the kitchen, something they haven’t done since Stuart’s first head chef role at Teatro, London.

Expect a six-course feast with dishes including – roast pumpkin, ceps, and fresh chestnuts; Tempura shrimp, sweet and sour pepper, and tom yum dashi; Suckling pig, faggot, Tokyo turnip, and burnt apple puree; and Salt caramel custard, pear, and black truffle.

Tickets are priced at £55 per head, with a warm personal welcome from both Stuart and Alyn on arrival. With limited spaces available, book HERE to reserve your place at the table.
