London’s dining scene is about to get even more exciting with a series of five unmissable collaboration dinners taking place this month. From a vibrant Diwali celebration to a cross-cultural fusion of Japanese and Indonesian flavours, these events showcase the creativity and diversity of the city’s culinary talent. 1. For a Restaurant Takeover: Casa Cruz x Jaïs Restaurant
The Lowdown: Casa Cruz in Notting Hill is partnering with Parisian restaurant Jaïs for a special collaboration from 18th October to 20th December, led by acclaimed French Chef Jaïs Mimoun.
The Menu: The exclusive menu will feature modern French cuisine with global influences, offering dishes like Royal Dorado Carpaccio, Blue Lobster Salad, and 40 Day Dry-aged Simmenthal Rib Eye. Accompanied by a selection of fine French wines, the limited-time menu brings the essence of Parisian dining to London, blending sophistication and comfort in Casa Cruz’s signature style.

2. For a Taste of Lyon: Ploussard x Josephine Bouchon
The Lowdown: Award-winning neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar Ploussard is partnering with Matteo Degola, head chef at recently launched culinary hotspot Josephine Bouchon, for its new ‘Ploussard Presents’ series.
The Menu: Showcasing the best of Lyonnaise cuisine, the pair will transport diners to the heart of one of France’s most celebrated food regions, and see Degola bring a taste of Josephine Bouchon to Battersea Rise on Wednesday 23rd October. Dishes will include: French onion soup, Quenelle de brochette, Guinea fowl and langoustine, and Trout and black pudding sausage with sorrel.

3. For a Diwali Dinner: Nisha Parmar x Vivek Singh
What: On the 24th October, MasterChef semi-finalist and celebrity chef, Nisha Parmar, will be joining forces with renowned Indian chef Vivek Singh to welcome guests to a Diwali dinner at Cinnamon Kitchen Battersea.
The Menu: A six-course dinner, specially curated by Nisha Parmer and Vivek Singh will follow, taking diners on a unique journey of discovery that follows the traditional path of Diwali celebrations from Namaste to fireworks.

4. For an Indonesian Feast: Chef Petty Elliot x Chef Aman Lakhiani
The Lowdown: Junsei London, founded by the culinary mastermind Chef Aman Lakhiani, has launched a ‘Junsei and Friends’ series, teaming up with some of the most exciting chefs around. This month (30th October), Aman will partner with Indonesian chef, Petty Elliot.
The Menu: Chef Petty Elliot will be serving up an 8-course tasting menu with a unique Indonesian twist on Japanese-style dishes. Think spices from the Indonesian archipelago meeting the elegance of Japanese cuisine – a cross-cultural flavour explosion that you’ll definitely want to write home about.

5. For a Collaborative Dinner: SanBrite x The Petersham
What: On 30th October, Michelin-starred SanBrite from the Dolomites is taking over The Petersham in Covent Garden for a one-night-only dining experience.
The Events: Chef Riccardo Gaspari will present a stunning seven-course tasting menu, showcasing his “agricucina” philosophy of sustainable, farm-to-table cuisine that earned him a Green Michelin Star. Paired with The Petersham’s own commitment to organic produce, this collaboration is a celebration of sustainability and culinary innovation.
